Lia is the principal osteopath and owner of the clinic, which she established in 2006. With collectively 20 years of experience in musculoskeletal conditions in both Sydney and the Illawarra, Lia has treated athletes with sporting injuries, children, adults and the elderly with acute or chronic pain. She has a particular interest in foot and ankle pain as well as nerve complaints such as sciatica and carpal tunnel syndrome. Lia uses soft tissue/massage techniques, stretching and manipulation techniques and visceral techniques. She has also trained in dry needling, Kinesio-taping, trigger point therapy and myofascial release techniques. Lia offers exercise, lifestyle and nutritional advice to optimise health and recovery.

Sam graduated in 2005 with a Masters in Chiropractic & B Chiro Sc (2002). From 2006, at the well-respected Sydney-based Osteopathic Clinic, he developed a solid reputation and extensive large client base within a predominately osteopathic practice. In December 2018 Sam joined the Woonona Osteopathic Clinic at the Woonona Health Hub. Sam’s approach is wholistic, honest, and designed to get you pain-free as soon as possible. In a typical appointment time of around 45 minutes, Sam utilises his 13 years’ experience to recognise and treat all body areas contributing to the dysfunction. He may combine soft tissue, dry needling, advanced manipulative techniques and exercise advice for a wholistic treatment and more efficient results.
